Over the past 12 months we’ve worked closely with the DCU Estates Offices, Information Systems and Insite Technology on the development of an innovative Facilities Management Helpdesk system for the University.
We’re proud to work with DCU on what we consider to be a significant leap forward in the usability of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) which have long suffered from the “bloatware” tag of being overly complex and complicated to use. Our Design Team has invested a significant amount of time to develop an interface which makes previous complicated tasks very simple to complete.
