For nearly 90 years, Lisney has earned the reputation for service excellence that is unequalled in the industry. Lisney have remained true to their fundamental values of service, integrity and professionalism.
Lisney came to us with the challenge of re-inventing their online presence from the ground up. Lisney recognised that their website no longer reflected the diverse business markets they operate in. Their previous website was beginning to show it's age and wasn't built to modern web standards. More critically, the website's underlying infrastructure didn't support modern search engine optimisation techniques.
Lisney also wanted to empower the people closest to the heart of the business to control the property listings that appeared on the website. This in itself was a significant challenge and would require extensive planning and training. It was time to rethink what the web could do for the business.
We assembled an Internet Strategy Steering Group with Board level participation from within Lisney to work with our Internet Strategy team to formulate and approve a new Internet Strategy for Lisney.com. This provided the blueprint for the scope of the redevelopment of Lisney.com. We then worked with Lisney to take this blueprint and refine this into a clearly defined project plan with tangible deliverables.
Lisney is well on the way to realising the vision for Lisney.com. The new website was recently launched and closely reflects the clearly defined project deliverables. The diverse markets which Lisney operate in are now clearly reflected on the new website. The custom technical platform we've implemented provides for real time data integration with a host of third party websites like myhome.ie and daft.ie. Moreover, estate agents now have direct access to an easy to use Site Manager which empowers them to control their own properties on Lisney.com. Administrators can easily control, moderate and manage workflow of Lisney staff while Marketing can get real time access to key website performance indicators.
